The pipe is a majestic thing; some say that it is majesty itself. No matter how many words one uses, how profound the denotation is, how immense the vocabulary may be one is unable to give the proper respectable credence that is deserved of the pipe.
In that, it is quite akin to how a vast amount of Christians may view God, as undefinable.
Regardless of the pipe’s undefinable nature, the pipe can still be blasphemed if not given attempted proper credence; this is also much akin to the way many Christians may view God.
Anywho, I have acknowledged my sin and must repent, must atone for the disharmony that I may have caused; for the other night, when one inquired over the greatness of the pipe, I provided a very short-sighted answer. . . . THIS IS UTTER WICKEDNESS!!!!
So now, I provide, with a brief yet atoning response to one’s inquisition. . . .
Q: Why do you smoke a pipe? Or, Why choose a pipe over a cigarette? That is to say, What is the benefit of smoking a pipe?
Honestly, these questions border on sacrilege alone; but because one has been thus forth naïve to the glory and majesty of the pipe, one’s inquiries are interpreted much the way a child’s questions would be. . . . in layman’s terms, one just doesn’t know any better.
I shall respond nonetheless; To smoke a pipe is to experience the unknown spirit and divinity that we are encompassed by constantly. I do not have to delve into the greatness that has bestowed the pipe, I am certain that you are aware of a good deal of the people and processions that surround the pipe kingdom (i.e. Pipedom). I will however state that these people and these procession’s allowance have come to be able to be one with the moment when engaged. That is to say that in smoking the pipe one comes to fully experience the moment; to be engulfed and to engulf in the same; be so intertwined and fused with the moment that utter oneness is the product, separation is impossible to attempt; one truly lives.
Pipe smoking is often accompanied with respectable reverence to Dionysius, the Greek god of intoxication. It must be understood that “intoxication” is not meant in the disgusting fashion that so many U.S.A. citizens have made it, but rather it is meant as the enjoyment of the moment, blissfulness, enlightenment, titillation, and liveliness. This all ought to provide you with a greater sense of the Pipe’s solemnity.
Now; tantamount to you understanding the gloriousness of the pipe is this! . . . . every single pipe EVER is unique. Each, once a person is blessed with its presence, must reveal its name to the blessed individual before the individual can properly be blessed by the pipe’s marvelousness. Each individual pipe has a personality, characteristics, quarks, and a livelihood of its own. The blessed person whom is bestowed with a certain pipe lives life with that pipe much akin to the way two people live life in accordance with one another. The pipe and the person grow together and grow apart; they each learn the nuances of the other and relationally grow to cope with each other or grow apart. All the social aspects that are had between two people are also had between pipes and people; just not every person knows this. Pipes and people can even cheat on each other, lie to each other, swindle each other, fall in love, find great depths of companionship, experience adventures, and etcetera.
With this all presented; I feel as if my brief yet atoning explanation has been fructified.
